The new Microsoft Band 2 features a slimmer design that you can wear all day in comfort. Unlike many fitness trackers that only give you a snapshot of your fitness during a workout, the Microsoft Band 2 tracks your heart rate, steps taken and calorie burn 24 hours a day to keep you informed of your overall fitness level.

Guided workout

Simply connect the Microsoft Band 2 to your smartphone using Bluetooth and open the free app to get started. The app includes the Guided Workouts feature, which logs your personal goals and gives you advice and plans to follow so you can achieve them. There are Guided Workouts for running, cycling, golfing, the gym, and more, so whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete looking to improve, you’ll benefit from a range of expertly designed plans to suit you.

However you like to track your fitness journey, the Microsoft Band has you covered as it works with many of the most popular fitness apps, including RunKeeper and MyFitnessPal. When you know that you’re making progress, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.

With email snippets and calendar alerts right on your wrist, you’ll always know where you have to be and what you have to do. If you use a Windows Phone, you get Cortana on your wrist. You can take notes, provide reminders, and ask with nothing more than your voice.

Then, reference the chart to find your size. If your wrist circumference falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
